With Crufts on the horizon, this is the perfect opportunity for handlers who have qualified for Crufts 2020 to get some last minute hints and tips, and also some vital training time before the big day. We are also running handling training classes for beginners. The day will end with a handling qualifier for Crufts 2021.
The Handling training day will take place on Saturday 15th February 2020 and are open to all members aged 6-24 years. These sessions will be split into advanced qualified members and members who are less experienced.

If the member is under 18 years of age then one accompanying parent/guardian must also attend at no charge.
On the Day
The training will offer an opportunity to practice and perfect your handling before Crufts 2020 where our experienced trainers can offer advice and some helpful hints and tips for the big day. There will also be a fun activity to break up the day.
This is a training event and will take place in the Kennel Club Building on the Stoneleigh showground which is indoors with a carpet floor. Please make sure you’re comfortable and wear appropriate footwear. You will not be required to wear “show suits” for the handling training. Each handler will receive a YKC Certificate of Attendance at the end of the day.
Please note that lunch is not provided, but there will be cakes and hot drinks available to purchase.
