YKC Handling Training Day

For members who have qualified for YKC handling at Crufts 2019, Lisa Moir will be showing members how they can fine tune their skills before the big day.

Event Information

The Handling training day will take place during Sunday 13th January 2019 and is open to all members aged 6-24 years. This session is ideal practice for Crufts and the training is being tailored for members who are regularly competing.

Training for the day will cost £25.

There are spaces for 10 members to attend

This is a training event and will take place in a sports hall. Please make sure you wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and footwear – show attire is not necessary.

Please note that lunch is not provided, please bring food/drink with you to this event.

If the member is under 18 years of age then one accompanying parent/guardian must also attend at no charge. 

Closing date for entries is Friday 4th January 2019

Trainer

Lisa has been involved in dog showing for over 25 years. She has held many handling titles both as an adult and junior handler and has campaigned numerous dogs to their titles and group placings at Championship shows. A championship show judge, journalist, Scottish Kennel Club executive council member, and YKC supporter Lisa has been heavily involved in training handlers all over the UK and has been a great supporter of youth activities for many years.
