We own five and I compete with one.

I have competed with Collies, Terriers, a Whippet, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, and many crossbreeds.

The loyalty that a dog can give you.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IN THE YKC?

Doing the Outward Bound Charity Challenge and getting through to the semi-finals.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT THE YKC?

The friendships that you make, I have met some of my best friends through the YKC.

DO YOU HAVE ANY WORDS OF ADVICE FOR YKC MEMBERS NEW TO THE WORLD OF DOGS?

Make the most of everything that the YKC has to offer, go to every event that you can!

CAN YOU SHARE A FAVOURITE / FUNNY MEMORY OF YOUR DOG?

The day we got out of Elementary Agility was brilliant! I had trained my dog from scratch, so it meant a lot to win out of my first class.

HOW HAS YOUR DOG MADE A DIFFERENCE TO YOU OR YOUR FAMILY LIFE?

My dog has given me a whole new social life, from the people you meet at the shows, to all the people I have met through the YKC, the 'Dog World' is just such a friendly and sociable place.

WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG?

To the beach or for a walk around the hills that surround my house.
