The YKC Newark Activity Schedule is now available for members to download. This weekend is not to be missed in 2010 with training throughout the three days and dfs Crufts qualifying competitions held on Sunday which could be your last chance to qualify in 2010. Remember that you don’t need any experience in any of the activities to attend with your dog as our training covers all needs, from absolute beginners to our regular attendees, and you can attend with any KC registered dog so there’s no reason to miss out! How much does training cost?
Training costs £16 per day; this includes four one hour training sessions in various fields which you opt to train in. If you would like to take part in the competitions that are on offer, these are charged at £3 per class.
How are the activities structured?
There are four training sessions per day; two take place in the morning and two in the afternoon. Members can either come for the day, or if there are facilities on site available, camp and make a weekend of it.
Where do families stay?
Some of the shows have facilities for caravans and tents or you could just visit for the day/weekend – its entirely up to you. Please contact the relevant secretary if you would like to book accommodation.
