Day 2 - Friday

Had a relatively quiet day today, Crufts doesn’t seem to be as busy this year but perhaps that’s coz it’s Friday.

This morning we had the YKC Jumping Final with fantastic runs from all the competitors. All competitors had to qualify for the event throughout the year and what a great achievement to get to Crufts! The winner was Stephen Sutherland, closely followed by Rebecca Fellows and Anthony Clarke!

The next agility event was the YKC Small Agility, running a small dog myself I’m slightly worried about the amount of competition that I saw today! They were brilliant! Daniel Burton had a superb winning round, gotta keep an eye out for him!

Once the agility events were finished we tried to do a bit of shopping!! There’s some great stalls, I’ve currently got a 7 month old sheltie pup so I bought a few training bits for him and of course little bits for the other 4 too! In the YKC Ring tomorrow we have a Heelwork to Music Freestyle competition, I love seeing YKC members and dogs working together and I’ve heard there’s some great routines on the way! Cant wait!

Oooh, famous person of the day…the dog lady off the 10 years younger programme that was on recently. Did ya see it? She looked great!!
