What happens once I have been accepted?
Once the YKC Management Team have agreed to you holding a YKC Crufts qualifying class you will receive a letter confirming the information that we hold regarding your club. These details will then be published on the YKC website for all members to view.
What happens if I am not accepted?
We are only able to hold a certain number of qualifiers throughout the year in order to contain the numbers in the finals at Crufts. If you haven’t been successful you are free to apply again the following year as there may well have been an opening.

As the secretary (or main contact for the club) you will receive the correspondence from the YKC office which will include:
When do I return the results?
We ask that you return the results once the class has taken place in order for the YKC office to record the wins. We will usually contact you within one month of the class taking place if we haven’t received the results.
