We recognise that on some occasions, members will book onto events and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations we ask that you notify us of the need to cancel as soon as possible. Similarly we will, on occasion, find it necessary to cancel an event. When this need arises we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible.
To cancel a place on a Young Kennel Club event or course, notice of cancellation must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
• If you cancel at least 28 working days prior to the start of the course you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 28 working days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
Young Kennel Club events and courses are constantly updated and whilst we endeavour to deliver the courses as advertised there may inevitably be occasions where we have to change content without prior notice or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event.
In the case of a cancellation by the Young Kennel Club, members will be offered a full refund.
