Dog Agility & I hope to start competing in Handling & Showing with my Cavalier, Mitzy, or maybe in Breed Showing.
About two or three months
I have two ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniels called Mitzy & Millie,
they are half sisters and are both four years old.
I compete in Agility with Millie & hope to do quite well with her as she is showing progress! I am so proud of her. I also hope to compete in Handling & Breed Showing.
My fave thing about dogs is that they never hide their personality & it always shines through, they will always try their hardest at everything & most of all, they are your best friend no matter what!
It would be Kinross show 2011, Millie won two 1st places & I was so proud. She won the waggiest tail & also the under 14 years best in show handler. She got two awesome rosettes & £1.00 each class for me.
It has to be the friendliness of everybody & they always look so happy, also the opportunities are great.
In Agility, I always try to watch others compete & see the traps, this is also good for any dog activity.
The day that I was training Millie & she finally cracked the weave, she was doing really well & that day she just got it & did it on her own. She was really fast with the rhythm bouncing in her legs!
We have become more active, have more company in the house & I have started to do Agility. We have always had dogs, Mitzy and Millie being a surprise to my mum, my brother and myself, Dad had it all planned out!!
I know so much about dogs & really hope to have some sort of career with them, maybe in the police force? If there is one thing I know it is that I REALLY LOVE dogs!
TAKE YOUR DOG?As I live on a farm, I can walk for miles & miles with both dogs through the long grass, through the water & up through the woods where they get to chase rabbits & have such a fun time! Also, I take them to the beach because they can run for miles, go in the water & play - it is amazing
I love both of my dogs so much & always will do, when you go out to train, go to a show or just out having fun, remember you are always taking the best dog home!
