Six - four Miniature Long Haired Dachsunds, one Papillon & a Labrador Retriever

In Handling classes I have handled Papillons, Mini Long Haired Dachshunds, Whippets, Irish Setters, Rough Collies & Beagles. I've also handled other breeds such as Bernese Mountain Dogs, Leonbergers, Alaskan Malamutes, Italian Greyhounds, Pomeranians, Wire & Standard Dachshunds, Boxers, Lhasa Apsos, Labradors & Rough Collies

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT DOGS?

That each ones character is unique, the never ending love & that feeling of having a constant friend

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IN THE YKC?

Watching various Handlers at Crufts, with my ambition being to compete at the same level, and now here I am! Also, qualifying for the first time in YKC Stakes & Handling in 2010 with my Papillon Roxy (Pinelan Black Lace)

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT THE YKC?

Competing - without a doubt! Also, meeting new Handlers around the country & making new friends

DO YOU HAVE ANY WORDS OF ADVICE FOR YKC MEMBERS NEW TO THE WORLD OF DOGS?

Never let anyone put you down in the world of dog showing. You can always do whatever you want to achieve with time

CAN YOU SHARE A FAVOURITE / FUNNY MEMORY OF YOUR DOG?

I've had lots of fantastic memories, qualifying for the JHA semi-finals in 2009 handling Ralines Beach Babe & then showing Ralines Aubra Jean who has now been made up to a Champion. Also, winning YKC Handling at Newton Aycliffe in 2010 & winning 3rd place in Graduate bitch at Crufts 2010 with Roxy

Joy (Ralines Beach Babe) & my other Dachshund, Sashah, giving me profound confidence to go into the dog world & giving me confidence in the Handling classes

I love going to our local woods & Bala lake
