The Young Kennel Club is dedicated to helping members learn new skills, build confidence and make new friends. We cater for all ages between 6-24 years, with specific sections aimed towards age groups, so anyone from young children to young adults can join in the fun with or without a dog.

A DOGGY DAY OUT FOR ALL AT THE DOGS UNLEASHED FESTIVAL

Dogs unleashed is a new and exciting event on the canine calendar and is being supported by performance dog food experts alpha feeds. With classes and competitions for agility, flyball, heelwork to music and weight pulling - the event held at the Newark showground on July 4th & 5th looks to be a huge success.

COME ALONG TO THE YKC WELSH ACTIVITY WEEKEND

Don't forget to check out the YKC Welsh Kennel Club activity weekend from 21st-23rd August 2009!
Come along and train your dog in the beautiful scenery of Builth Wells whether you are a complete beginner or have years of doggy experience. This YKC activity weekend is a fun packed three days for you and your dog and offers training, Crufts qualifiers and a social evening.

FLYBALL CRUFTS 2010 QUALIFIER HEAT

Don’t miss out on the fantastic chance to qualify for the Young Kennel Club Flyball competition at Crufts 2010. A heat will be held at the YKC National Training Camp which takes place on Thursday 30 July 2009 at Brookbsy Hall, Melton Mowbray. Entry Form Available on the Flyball Section of the website
